The man who was shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Forest Road in Lansing Wednesday night is not cooperating with police.
Investigators say he's given conflicting statements.
Police say the shots were fired following some sort of confrontation.
They're still looking for witnesses.
The 27-year-old victim is listed in serious but stable condition.
