18-year-old Tyrel Smith has been arraigned on attempted murder and felony firearm arm charges stemming from a shooting on September 1.
That shooting happened near the King Center, leaving a 15-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to the face.
Smith is being held on a bond of $750,000.
