The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Northern Ingham County.
The warning is through 5:45 p.m. Friday. Some of the hazards issued in the warning include 60 mph gusts of with and quarter size hail.
Locations include: Lansing, Hassett, East Lansing, Williamston, Edgemont Park, Webberville, Bell Oak, Okemos and Holt.
A severe thunderstorm watch is in affect until 8 p.m. for Ingham, Calhoun, Clinton, Jackson and Eaton counties.
