EAST LANSING, Mich. — Several people are left without a place stay following a fire at an apartment complex.
The East Lansing Fire Department responded around 2 a.m. Sunday.
Coolidge Place Apartments is located at 1551 Pebblecreek Blvd., off of Coolidge Road, and is about a five-minute drive northwest of Michigan State University. The building that caught fire is located in the 1600 block of Wintercrest Street.
One person was taken to the hospital due to smoke inhalation.
Lansing and Lansing Township fire departments also were on scene.
