LANSING, Mich. — Salt trucks were out Wednesday morning after below freezing temperatures and wet pavement combined for some slick spots on local roads.
Several accidents and slide-offs were reported Tuesday night into Tuesday morning.
Authorities responded to an accident on the EB I-496 ramp to SB US-127 around 8 p.m. Tuesday in Ingham County.
Authorities also responded to accidents in the area of Bennett and Hagadorn in Meridian Township due to icy roads around 9 p.m.
Information regarding any injuries in the accidents was not available Wednesday morning.
