FOX 47 has an update breaking news we have been tracking all morning.
The Ingham County sheriff's office told our crews that a trailer parked on the side of the highway was waiting for a tire change, when another semi truck clipped the parked tractor trailer, causing it to fall in the ditch.
We're told the driver in parked semi was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The driver who's truck went into the ditch was not hurt.
Police are recommend you avoid this area
They say that they also may close down the high way going westbound at some point.
