A second fraternity member is expected to enter a guilty plea today in the Penn State University hazing case that led to the death of student, Tim Piazza.
Joseph Ems, 22, is currently charged with one count of hazing and one count of unlawful acts relative to liquor.
Prosecutors allege that Ems forced alcohol on a pledge, not Piazza though, during the same social event that led to piazza's death.
The guilty plea will come just a week after another former Beta Theta Pi brother, Ryan Burke pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three months house arrest.
