Business and homeowners trying to pay for flood repairs can start applying for low-interest government loans.
The U.S Small Business Association has set up shop at the Foster Community Center in Lansing. The agency is offering loans to pay for repairs that were not covered by insurance after the February flooding.
The SBA says it has not gotten as many applications as it expected so far. Visit the Foster Community Center at 200 N. Foster Ave Monday- Friday from 9 a.m to 6 p.m, and Saturday from 10 a.m to 2 p.m for more details. You can also visit https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/Information/Index.
