Old Saint Nick was spreading holiday cheer at Sparrow Hospital on Monday.
Santa Claus paid a visit to Sparrow's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, meeting with preemies and their parents.
Santa then talked with patients in the pediatric unit before checking out Sparrow's gingerbread house fundraiser.
