Saddleback BBQ's second location will open within the next month or so. Owner Travis Stoliker confirms to FOX 47 News an expansion is happening in Okemos. The new Saddleback BBQ will be located at 1754 Central Park Drive. The company is taking over three suites: two of the suites housed former pizza companies, the third is vacant.
Stoliker says its not clear yet what the vacant suite will be used for. He is hoping the community will help decide what Okemos needs. The Okemos location will have a bar specializing in Michigan Craft Beer and wines, and sit-down casual dining with full service.
As for the menu, Stoliker says it will be similiar to what is served at the REO Town location although there will be new menu items. Saddleback BBQ is currently open in REO Town at 1147 S. Washington Ave., Lansing.
