LANSING, Mich. — If you're headed through the Portland area, be prepared for delays.
Road crews are working to resurface and repair a nearly 10-mile stretch of I-96 in Ionia County.
Lane closures will be in place eastbound starting at 8 p.m. Tuesday from Sunfield road to Clintonia road.
Lanes are expected to be reopen by 5 a.m. Wednesday.
