LANSING, Mich. — A retaining wall in Frandor just got a makeover.
The first installation in the "Murals on Frandor Series" was unveiled Wednesday.
The mural is on the wall in the parking lot north of Joann Fabrics in the plaza.
Mayor Andy Schor was there to participate in the unveiling.
This is all a part of an effort to transform green-space in and around the Frandor Shopping Center.
The murals kick off $10 million in privately funded outdoor art and art-related activities.
