Thousands of Michigan hunters are geared up and ready to go Tuesday morning for the opening day of firearm deer hunting season.
The DNR has a few reminders for hunters...
- Always wear hunter orange
- License required to take deer (Available on DNR website or in person)
- Be aware of baiting and feeding rules and restrictions
