Chester County, Pa. (WSYM) - The family of a Pennsylvania woman who was fatally shot during a road rage confrontation said they're relieved a suspect has turned himself in.
But they said it doesn't help the grief over the recent high school graduate's death.
Twenty-eight year old David Desper was taken into custody Sunday for the murder of 18-year-old Bianca Roberson.
Bianca's brother said he can't shake the image of the last moments of his sister's life.
Desper is being held without bond. He faces a slew of charges, including first and third degree murder.
A preliminary hearing is set for July 13th.
