A heads up for pie lovers.
Kroger is recalling some of its pies because of a labeling error.
The recall affects Legendary Bakery's 34-ounce packages of Private Selection Salted Caramel Chocolate Almond Pie.
The pie contains almonds and eggs. But the almond and eggs were listed under "may contains" instead of "contains" on the label.
Consumers who purchased the pies can return them to the place of purchase for a refund.
