A tool used to prune trees and bushes is being recalled because too many people are getting hurt using them.
This is the second time nearly 300,000 Fiskars 32-inch Bypass Lopper Shears have been recalled because the handles can break when someone is trying to cut a branch.
The shears were sold at Home Depot and have the model number 6954.
So far, Fiskars has received 33 complaints.
