JACKSON, Mich. — It's been a year since a massive construction project on I-94 through Jackson County began and on Monday that project will bring new road closures.
The ramps at Airport Road and West Avenue/US-127 are going to close Monday night at 8 o'clock and won't reopen until 6 a.m.
They will be closed for the next two nights but will be open during the day.
According to MDOT the road closures are for joint repairs.
This is part of the MDOT's $110 million I-94 project in Jackson County and luckily for drivers the consecutive on and off ramps won't be closed at the same time.
