AAA reports that best tips for driving on wet roads are to:
1. Drive with enough space in between your car and the car ahead of yours.
2. Reduce your speed to avoid the possibility of hydro planning
3. Avoid using cruise control. The more traction under your tires can help you keep control of your vehicle.
4. React to skidding in the proper way. When you begin to skid, AAA suggest you to continue looking and steering in the direction you want to go. They also say to avoid slamming on the breaks.
