Boy injured by train in Charlotte

The Charlotte Police Department have released more information about an accident that shut down several railroad crossings in Charlotte on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.

Charlotte Police responded to the railroad crossing at Clinton Street at 4:20 p.m. for a pedestrian who had been struck by the train.

The injured juvenile male was taken to Sparrow Hospital for treatment. The accident is under investigation by CN Railroad Police.
