Lansing City Council is holding a public hearing Monday night to discuss the next steps with the Red Cedar Project.
The project is a $250-million housing development along Michigan Avenue near Frandor.
Negotiations for the plans have been delayed after many changes to the deal.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on April 8 at Lansing City Hall
