Two professional eaters are making their way to mid-Michigan on Monday to tackle a lot of barbecue.
Randy Santel will be at Crossroads BBQ in downtown Grand Ledge on June 4 for a food challenge to take place at 6:30 PM.
Santel is set to conquer the restaurant's "Chopping Block Challenge."
The challenge includes:
· 1 lb. of brisket
· 1 lb. of pulled pork
· 1 lb. of Andouille sausage
· 12 jumbo wings
· 1 full rack of ribs
· 1 large order of fries
· 1 large drink
Crossroads BBQ opened in 2015 and tells News 10 that no one has successfully completed the challenge yet.
Santel has one hour to eat it all, along with the drink.
As a professional eater, Santel has more than 600 wins under his belt across 48 states and 20 countries.
Following Santel will be professional eater, Magic Mitch, who has won multiple eating contests as well.
The restaurant is closed on Mondays and tickets for the event are sold out.
