Three teenagers from Flint accused of planning a school shooting are now facing felony charges.
18-year-old Ryan Stevens... 15-year-old Lamarr Dukes and 15-year-old Cody Brewer were arrested the day before they planned the shooting.
Ken Karasick, the attorney for Ryan Stevens says people with underdeveloped brains don't realize the seriousness of their actions and that more serious charges exist beyond the school shooting plot.
The boys' next court date is January 6th.
