Saturday's history-making Powerball jackpot could get even bigger.
The Powerball Jackpot team meets this morning to decide whether $800 million is too small of a jackpot given ticket sales.
As it stands now, winning the jackpot and taking the smaller lump-sum payment would still net you a near-historic prize.
The Michigan Lottery says the expected lump-sum payment from Saturday's Powerball jackpot would put it at number six.
If you haven't bought a ticket yet but plan to, you have until 9:45 p.m. to get your ticket. The drawing will be held at 10:59 p.m.
