The Flint Water Crisis has cost a well-known political analyst his job.
Specifically, denying that a crisis exists is what got Bill Ballenger fired from Inside Michigan Politics Wednesday morning.
Ballenger was on WKAR''s "Off the Record" after the State of the State address and claimed the water problems and health impact have been blown way out of proportion.
He lives in Flint and claims the water is safe and not discolored.
This morning, Inside Michigan Politics Owner and Publisher Susan Demas said she warned Ballenger after similar comments that he was entitled to his own opinion, but not his own facts.
She went on to say she cannot have anyone associated with the publication "...minimize the impact of this terrible public health disaster that will impact people's lives for decades to come."
