LANSING, Mich. (WSYM) - Lansing police are searching for a shooter who may have fired at a van early Saturday morning.
Just before 2:30 officers got a report of a possible gunshot victim in the 1200 block of North Cedar Street near the intersection of Grand River Ave. When police arrived they found no victim, but a witnesses told them a group of people there got into a fight. They told police when two people got into a van to leave, someone on the sidewalk pulled out a gun and fired multiple shots at them. Both the van and suspect fled.
Police say they don't believe anyone was injured. They're trying to track down the people in the van to find out more information about the incident.
