Police release photos of MSU FCU robbery suspect

The Bath Charter Township Police Department has released photos of a suspect as well as the suspect's vehicle used in the robbery of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union in Bath Township on Saturday, August 19.

The suspect's vehicle is believed to be a 2015 Kia Optima EX with the premium trim package. 

The case is still under investigation.

Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a Michigan State University Federal Credit Union location.

The suspect entered the credit union on 16861 Marsh Road in Haslett at 1:43 p.m. Saturday.

A note was handed to the teller indicating the suspect would use a bomb if money was not handed over.

After a teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect walked out the front door and took off in a black 2018 Kia Optima with no license plate.

The vehicle has a long white decal with no print running from the front driver’s side fender to the rear of the driver’s side door.

Police describe the suspect as a Middle Eastern woman between 60 and 70-years-old wearing a black scarf over her face, long black dress, black full frame glasses and flip flops.

Bath Township Police Department was assisted by Meridian Township Police Department, Dewitt Township Police Department, Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, Shiawassee County Sheriff’s Office and Clinton County Central Dispatch.
