LANSING, Mich. — Lansing Police Department reports Russell Earl Joy has been found.

Lansing Police Department reports Russell Earl Joy, a 66 year old black male of the 500 block of Richmond in Lansing is missing.
Joy is described as being 5'7" weighing 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green coat, blue jeans and black and red Nike shoes.
He was reported missing as of February 19 just before 2:00 a.m.
