Police are looking for the motorcyclist who ditched his bike after riding through curing concrete on I-69 Monday.

Crews were replacing sections of the highway in Bath Township, just west of the Webster Road exit when the motorcyclist drove through a patch of freshly poured concrete in a closed off lane. Police say the motorcyclist had reportedly been swerving in and out of the closed off area to avoid traffic.

The rider then ditched his motorcycle and took off on foot towards Chandler Road. Photos released by MDOT show the motorcycle caked in concrete, and the streak he left in the highway.

The motorcycle was impounded. Anyone with information is asked to call the Bath Township Police Department.
