LANSING, MI

Police in Lansing are searching for someone who started shooting at a house party early Sunday morning.

Officers tell us they were called around 2:00 a.m. to the Briarcliffe Apartments in the 2300 block of East Jolly Road for a complaint about a loud party.

While they were on their way, police received another call about someone firing a gun at the same party.

When officers arrived they found a shell casing inside the apartment.

They believe someone pulled out a gun and fired it at the roof.

Police don't know why the person fired the gun, but say no one was injured in the incident.
