Police in Eaton County are investigating a hit and run accident. It happened around 1:00 a.m. near the intersection of Waverly Road and Malibu Drive.
Police have not released any information about the crash, but when FOX 47 arrived on scene a van was off the road and had significant damage to the passenger side. It is unclear if that van was the car hit or the cause of the accident.
Police also brought in a k-9 team and were searching a near-by apartment complex. No word yet if the driver has been found.
