The Lansing Township Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at a pizza restaurant on Lansing's west side.

Lansing Township Police Chief Adam Kline says the armed robbery happened right around 7:30 p.m. Monday night at the Hungry Howies Pizza restaurant on North Waverly Road.

Chief Kline says two men walked in the restaurant and displayed handguns before demanding cash from the business.

Three employees were in the store at the time of the robbery, all were threatened by the suspects but were not hurt, Chief Kline said.

The suspects got away with nearly $800 in cash.

The Eaton County Sheriff's Office assisted Lansing Township police and conducted K9 track of the suspects but the search was not successful.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery is asked to call the Lansing Township Police Department at (517) 485-1700.
