East Lansing police have released the name of the man shot to death last Friday. Isai Berrones was killed at the 25 East apartment complex on Chandler Road just north of Lake Lansing Road early on the morning of October 12. The 22-year-old Michigan State University student was from Alamo, Texas. Police were called to the apartments around 2:45am Friday. Berrones was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police have not arrested the shooter yet. Investigators say there is no danger to the public. Call East Lansing police if you have any information.
