EATON COUNTY, Mich. — The Eaton County Sheriff's Office has identified the motorcyclist that died at the scene of a crash Monday afternoon.
The Eaton County Sheriff's Office says Eric Phillip Perry, 47, of Ovid, died at the scene. According to ECSC, preliminary information shows a truck crossing M-99 on Columbia Highway pulled out in front of Perry's motorcycle. Detectives are still investigating and say more details will be released tomorrow.
At around 2:45 p.m. Monday, first responders arrived at the scene near the intersection of M-99 and Columbia Highway.
