Police have identified the man and woman killed in a head-on collision on I-94 in Jackson County Wednesday.
40-year-old Shaun Kelley and 30-year-old Brittany Hammond, both from Jackson, died when the car they were in collided with a semi tractor trailer near Sargent Road in Leoni Township.
Their car was going the wrong way on the eastbound side of the highway.
The semi driver was treated at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital and is expected to live.
Blackman-Leoni Public Safety investigators are working to find out how the car ended up going the wrong way.
