Police say a motorcyclist is dead following a crash on Eifert Rd in Aurelius Township.
The motorcyclist has been identified as 29-year-old Daniel Richard Anderson of Mason. He was the only occupant of the motorcycle and he was wearing a helmet.
Anderson was traveling northbound on Eifert Rd. when an SUV traveling southbound made a left turn into a driveway. The accident occurred around 7:15 p.m.
The driver of the SUV was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
