The Ingham County Sheriff's office has identified the man killed in the crash as 22 year old Hunter James Conaty of Mason.
The driver in the crash, a 22 year old old Onondaga man. He is being held on an unrelated charge.
His arraignment for the fatal crash is pending lab results from the Michigan State Police Crime Lab.
