Lansing Police say a 23-year-old man was found on Pine Street and Saginaw Street with a gunshot wound to his leg at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
The gunshot victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He is not cooperating with police.
Initially police were called to Saginaw and Pine Street. Police found evidence of a shooting the 700 block of Walnut Street.
Police are trying to figure out if the wound was self-inflicted or not. They do not have any viable witnesses to a shooting, and they do not have any info to lead them to believe anyone else was involved.
