A 51-year-old woman was arrested when police pulled her over for a seatbelt violation. The Michigan State Police report that the woman was found to be driving while intoxicated with four children in the vehicle.
The driver, an Onondaga woman, was pulled over by troopers in Hillsdale County. Through the investigation, she was found to be driving on a suspended license, operating while intoxicated and in possession of a suspected Schedule II drug, the MSP reports.
The children in the vehicle were ages 3, 4, 6 and 10 years old.
She was arrested and lodged at the Hillsdale County Jail.
