A man was killed trying to back his car up to an exit ramp on a busy highway.
It happened just after 2 a.m. on I-94 near I-69 in Marshall Township. That's in Calhoun County.
Police believe the driver was drinking, missed an exit and didn't want to turn around.
His car was hit by a semi as he backed up.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
He's identified as a 59-year-old from Washington state.
The semi driver was not hurt.
