UPDATE: Jackson Police ID teen suspected of burning cars with fireworks

UPDATE - Jackson police say they have identified a group of teenagers accused of destroying two cars after tossing a firework into one of the cars on July 4, 2017.

Police say the teenagers threw fireworks into the open window of a Pontiac Grand Am in the Jackson Crossing's parking lot. The car caught fire, which then spread to a jeep parked next to it. Both vehicles were are total loss.

Both cars were owned by employees of the Potbelly Sandwich shop.

Jackson police want help identifying the people in the photo above.

Police believe they have information regarding a recent vehicle fire.

A Jackson Police Department Facebook post says:

"The Jackson Police Department needs assistance in identifying the subjects in this photo; we believe they have important information regarding a recent vehicle fire. If you can help, please contact Detective Stanton at 517-768-8634 or at wstanton@cityofjackson.org"
