East Lansing police have arrested a man suspected of peeping into windows in the Bailey neighborhood. The suspect was spotted by an officer overnight Wednesday. He was arrested on an unrelated traffic charge. Detectives are drawing up charges for the peeping incident.
East Lansing Deputy Chief Steve Gonzalez tells wilx.com the department spent a lot of time over the last four days working to find the peeper after getting a report of a man looking into windows in the Bailey neighborhood. Police recommend people keep their doors and windows locked overnight and when nobody is home. They also suggest installing outdoor lighting.
