The Lansing Police Department are working to learn who killed a 54-year-old Lansing woman who was found shot at a home on the 200 block of East Mount Hope.
Police found the woman Tuesday afternoon and discovered her car was missing as well.
The victim has been identified as Delores Kay Drouillard.
Police identified a 55-year-old Randy Dean Jackson from Eagle as a person of interest in the crime.
They attempted to make contact with him on the 8000 block of West Herbison Road in Eagle where police found the victim's car.
Jackson was arrested Wednesday on an outstanding felony warrant.
He has been arraigned on several crimes including Felony Homicide, and two felony weapons charges. He has been charged as a habitual offender.
He is currently being held at the Ingham County Jail. He will appear in court on Thursday, January 26, 2017 in Judge Cherry's court for a probable cause conference. He is also scheduled to appear in Judge DeLuca's court for a preliminary exam on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.
