Pine Street in downtown Lansing reopens on Thursday morning after being resurfaced.
The roadblocks should be lifted by 11 AM.
The ride should be much smoother between Shiawassee and Ottawa and between Allegan and West Joseph.
The area had been closed for almost two weeks prior for the project.
