A new phone scam is targeting your personal information with one phone call.
Here's how it works, someone calls saying they're from the Federal Trade Commission, offering to hook you up with the Advanced Tech Support Refund Program.
They claim you have money owned to you and they need to connect to your computer.
But don't, it's a scam.
If you get this call, hang up and report it to the FTC.
The agency says it never asks for remote access to your device, and will never ask you to pay to get a refund.
