A pedestrian was hit on Cedar Street in Lansing Friday morning around 7:15 a.m., closing the road in both directions until 8:30 a.m.
Lansing Police say the person was hit by a car near the Northrup Street intersection. The pedestrian is at the hospital with serious injuries.
The Lansing Police team is investigating the accident now and think the driver may not have seen the person because it was so dark outside.
Cedar Street is open in both directions.
