The final phase of the Park Lake Road project between Grand River Avenue and Merritt Road in East Lansing will resume on Tuesday, October 26.
Park Lake Road will be closed from Haslett Road to Merritt Road in Meridian Township. This is so crews can replace a large culvert north of Haslett Road.
There will also be a westbound lane closure on Haslett Road to repair a catch basin at the Park Lake Road intersection.
They will also work to repair a sidewalk retaining wall at the Grand River Avenue intersection. This will require a single southbound lane closure.
The posted detour will be Haslett Road to Okemos Road to Lake Lansing Road. Merritt Road is also available to use as an alternate route.
The work is expected to take two to three weeks depending on the weather.
