The parents accused of burying the body of their infant son in the backyard of a Jackson County home will be in court Tuesday.
Timothy Young and Brittani Hill are scheduled for a preliminary exam this morning in Jackson County District Court.
They are charged in concealing a death and removing a body with our a medical examiner's approval.
The boy's body was found last month in a shallow grave behind a Waterloo Township home.
Authorities say the boy was 6-months to 1-year-old at the time he died and had been buried for six or seven months.
Investigators have not determined a cause of death. We'll let you know what happens at Tuesday's hearing.
