A hit and run on Lansing's south side overnight sent an elderly woman to the hospital.
It happened at the intersection of Cedar Street and Northrup Street just before 12:30 a.m.
The driver then fled the scene. The woman was apparently crossing the street when she was hit. Lansing police say she suffered minor injuries.
No arrests have been made.
