Communities in western and northern Michigan are getting some much needed help right now after Tuesday's storms.
Consumers Energy says crews from out of state will be coming to help in those areas with massive power outages.
They say that nearly 29,000 homes and businesses are still with out power.
Also, Consumers is reporting that the hardest-hit areas may not have repairs until late Friday.
Great Lakes Energy is also reporting more than 15,000 power outages for their customers. They cover most of northwestern Michigan.
