LANSING, Mich. — Lawyers for men suing Ohio State University over sexual misconduct by a team doctor say that the number of accusers has topped 300.
The size of this group is similar in range to the initial wave of plaintiffs in the Larry Nassar case against MSU.
That group got a $425 million settlement.
Accusers in the Ohio State Case say administrators at the university knew about concerns regarding Dr. Richard Strauss but failed to stop him.
